Design Phase
By participating in project
planning meetings with design
teams, we provide critical
information about agency
requirements, approvals
required and processing time

Presubmittal Phase

Submittal Phase

according to schedule,

and final fees and bonds

plans, fire agency approval,
precise grading plan process,
building permit process and

corrections to the design team
and back to the agency for
final approval.

approval clearances and outside
