Sharon De La Rosa's 3 years of experience in the industry enables her to be a successful Assistant Project Manager for J.L. Hare Associates. De La Rosa came to us from Pardee Homes Inland Empire Division. While at Pardee Homes, De La Rosa was responsible for all aspects of architectural and landscape development for several large master planned communities within several jurisdictions throughout the Inland Empire. De La Rosa began her career with a strong administrative background as an account executive, matching and placing qualified personnel well within the working infrastructures of some of Southern California's larger corporations.

De La Rosa is a strong addition to our project management team and joins J.L. Hare with positive aspirations, ample knowledge and experience. Sharon is currently working on complex projects such as "Brightwater" for Hearthside Homes, "Pepper Tree Hills" for Tonner Hills SSP, LLC, and "The Ranch Plan" for Rancho Mission Viejo all located in the County of Orange.
