Rachelle Gary
Assistant Project Manager
Rachelle Gary, joins J.L. Hare with a strong background in project management for acquisitions/software
implementation and a depth of experience derived business skills from her time spent as a Payroll Manager
for a top Asset Management firm. She made the commitment to take the necessary steps professionally to
achieve a successful career transition to real estate development. Rachelle possesses a California real
estate sales license and is currently completing the Light Construction and Development Management program
at U.C.I. Her strong motivation combined with her education and business background make Rachelle a strong
member of the J.L. Hare team.
In addition, to her continued education Rachelle holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business
Administration from Humboldt State University and a certificate in Human Resources Management from U.C.I.
However, her focus does not lie solely on continuing her educational and professional growth. Rachelle
also has a passion for giving back to the community through volunteer opportunities. It is her belief that
by connecting with a cause you can personally contribute a positive change within the community. Her
contributions include volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, Leukemia & Lymphoma
Society, Orange County Food Bank and Special Olympics.
Rachelle has worked on a variety of projects including single family, multi family and retail projects.
Some of her more recent projects include: Boy Scouts of America and Pelican Hill Resort and Golf Club in
the County of Orange. In the City of Irvine she has managed Lennar's Marlowe @ CPW, The Irvine Company's
Woodbury Town Center and the BIA Sign Program CUP in the City of Tustin.
