Joe Lambert began his career in 1985 framing for a number of commercial and residential projects. After 10 years of framing, he changed his tack and spent two years working as a customer service representative for a large Southern California development company. In 1997 he joined J.L. Hare Associates as project manager making sure such projects as Talega of San Clemente and Forster Ranch adhered to regulations throughout construction.

When the community of Ladera Ranch was being built, Lambert worked with 10 different developers, managing the entire permit process from the beginning grading stages until the final building inspection was made.

Having spent 12 years in construction has given Lambert the edge in knowing what permits are necessary and at what stage. He has the foresight to know what permits are needed well in advance and what needs to be done to streamline the approval process.

He specializes in managing the permit process of highly complex projects that require working with a multitude of developers, architects, engineers and governmental agencies.
