Jen Long
Senior Project Manager

Jen Long has worked with multiple developers simultaneously on some of California's most complex projects to ensure that new construction adheres to building code and stays on schedule. Fieldstone Communities, William Lyon Homes, Brookfield Homes, Lennar Homes, The Irvine Company, LPA and Starpointe Ventures were some of her clients.

Long's career began in 1995 as the assistant, and then project coordinator, for the Project Management Department of Richmond American Homes. She managed myriad projects including the new master planned communities of Tustin Ranch, Northpark Square, Northwood, and Ladera Ranch. She also managed the permit process of Crystal Cove's Newport Coast million dollar homes.

Long later joined The Keith Companies as a research project coordinator, where she worked with multiple developers on the Playa Vista project in Marina del Rey, overseeing the permit and entitlement approval process.

At J.L. Hare Associates, Long has managed the permit process for custom lot homes, multiple tract developments and single-family tract homes. She also has worked on the permit process for Red Robin and Barnes & Noble in Irvine.
