Holly Sandler
Executive Vice President
Holly Sandler brings a diverse
educational and professional background
to her role as Vice President
with J.L. Hare Associates.
She holds a bachelor of science
degree in urban and regional planning
from California State
Polytechnic University, Pomona
and a master of science degree in
environmental policy and planning
from California State University,
Fullerton. She also completed the
two-year architecture program at
Golden West College.
Since joining J.L. Hare
Associates in 1995, Sandler has
worked on a wide variety of projects,
including residential, commercial,
industrial, institutional
and wireless. Previously she
worked in the planning department
for the City of Diamond Bar,
where she prepared and presented
staff reports for the Planning
Commission and City Council;
reviewed planning projects; conducted
counter plan reviews; and
assisted in research to prepare
findings for permit guidelines.
Sandler plays an important
role at J.L. Hare Associates,
informing developers and engineers
about what permits and
approvals will be required, when
and how they can be obtained,
and potential obstacles which
must be addressed. She has managed
such projects as AT&T
Wireless Services, Orange County;
the Art Institute, Santa Ana; The
Irvine Company, Newport Beach;
and The Rancho Mission Viejo
Company, San Juan Capistrano.
She also worked with County of
Orange officials, JPA and Talega
Associates to ease the transition
and maintain a consistent workflow
when the County of Orange
relinquished its authority to the
Talega region, prior to the City of
San Clemente annexation.
