Heidi Coughlin is a Project Manager with J.L. Hare Associates and has over 19 years of experience in the building and construction industry. Prior to her recent transition to J.L. Hare Associates, she provided over 13 years of dry utility design support and project management support for Utility Specialists, Inc. She has provided management support for various types of projects ranging from master planned communities, railroad grade separation projects, residential, commercial, and retail projects. Her employment experience includes design support for civil engineering firms and the electric utility design support for City of Riverside. Project experience in Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties.
