Daniel Hare
Vice President
Daniel Hare has more than 30
years in design, construction,
development and permitting. He
specializes in project management,
government relations, and developing
and managing budgets and
time lines. His success stems from
being able to identify and resolve
problems by developing alternate
methods of resolution.
Hare began his career in
development at Mission Viejo Co.
He spent the first five years as the
company's chief architectural
designer, and then served as general
construction superintendent for
nine years. He followed this with
two years at the Baldwin Co., serving
as general construction manager
for the Portola Hills project.
In 1988, he joined his wife,
Jackie, in founding J.L. Hare
Associates, and was responsible for
all permitting and entitlement
efforts in the Inland Empire, and
managing the company's commercial
accounts.
As J.L. Hare Associates continued
to grow under his wife's
leadership, in 1992, Hare went to
work for AT&T Wireless as senior
government relations project manager.
His responsibilities included
procuring entitlements and building
permits for telecommunication
facilities throughout Southern
California. He then became system
development manager in charge of
telecommunication site development.
His work included budget
and vendor management oversight
for real estate acquisitions,
entitlement and building permit
procurement, telecommunication
tower construction and radio
equipment installation.
Now Hare has returned to
J.L. Hare Associates, where he is
expanding the company's presence
in the Inland Empire, and Los
Angeles and Ventura counties and
managing the permitting process
for clients in those regions.
