Chris Huaracha
Assistant Project Manager
Chris Huaracha's experience working as a building inspector and as a customer service representative helps him aid
developers in his job as a project coordinator for J.L Hare Associates.
Prior to joining J.L. Hare, Huaracha worked with the Metropolitan Transit Authority in customer service and
with the Long Beach Naval Shipyard as a building inspector.
The inspector job required that he know building codes, including how they relate to the structural,
electrical and plumbing aspects of a project; that he understand how to manage the work of consultants; and that he
have specific knowledge of complex areas such as hazardous materials.
The customer service job helps him answer questions directly and develop rapport quickly. It also aids him in
troubleshooting problems.
Huaracha joined J.L. Hare in 2004 and has since become a key player in the firm. Projects he has undertaken
include: MBK Homes' Tremont at Serrano Heights, a multi-family residential complex in the City of Orange; two
William Lyon Homes' condominium projects in Irvine called Lombard Court and Garland Park; and Tamarisk, a
multi-family home project, also by William Lyon Homes in Irvine.
